I love Ricky's comment "every games a close game"

Didn't he watch their previous 2 games. Lol

Kearney came 14th and then last (with 6 wins). The year after he left us with a squad that also came last but with only 5 wins. I'm not sure he ever improved our squad

If Kearney were around today, wed have Kelly parked at no7 and MK still at 9

The cleanout of players Stuart did would all be around today, and wed be hearing "we still need to go through a bit more pain" argument from horsehead in his 4th year of the 5 year plan

He has been Parramatta most useless coach signing that I can remember, ahead of Hagan or Stuart

Pretty easy to see how NRL clubs view coaches by the demand on their services after leaving a club. It is no coincidence that 3 of our last 4 coaches, Hagan, Anderson and Kearney, were never able to land a head coaching job since leaving and methinks Stuart is now in that same position of his last gig at the silly Faiders.

We have had a terrible run with coaches and politics and argue as much as you like but for me BA is the only decent coach we have had since Smith and the only one that has a successful career in front of him. And for that we have to thank Kearney, bringing BA to the club is the only decent thing he did for us.

The " clean out " of players stuart sent packing were mostly off contract . Doesn't take a genius to decide they had to go when he was trying to pool funds for

Farrar
Tamou
Bird
Etc
Etc
Etc
Etc
Etc
Etc
Etc
Etc
Etc

You get my drift .

Nolan was a pretty good signing too.

Thats a fairly accurate post.

The squad we have today is made up of blokes who were signed by Ricky and Kearney.

As I mentioned earlier, Ricky moved on a lot of the players who wouldnt get a run at other clubs and got us Peats, Hunt and Mossop along with Nolan obviously finialising the deal.

BA has done a tremendous job, he has made them accountable and it's worked a treat so far.

Let's all hope this continues and the boys dont start thinking finals and take their hands off the grip.

Nolan was a good signing, but I think it's more that Reddy was a good sacking?

Rocket didnt have the set up we have today.

Rocket basically ran the ship from top to bottom, Nolan brought in Craig Wilson and another gentlemen (Fieldsy) plus Nolan has contacts throughout junior and country leagues.

Like most wingers Daniel Tupou goes well in a strong side but he is overrated. We made an offer in 2011 but were outbid by the Roosters, who obviously had more room for reserve grade wingers, which is where he played in 2012.

He was already 21 when he made his NRL debut and only played three NRL games that year. Not real impressive for a winger.

One could fairly argue that it was Reddy's fault he didn't have that setup....

Hagan and Anderson had better squads.

Stuart won a premiership at the Chooks so maybe the quality of the roster has a big impact on the team's results.

I'm pretty sure you have said that 09 was a shit team and severely over achieved, now they were a good team?

I never said the '09 team was shit and I don't necessarily think they were that good either. They were mid-table, which is where they finished that year (and the year before and the year after).

Back to Ricky bashing:

Has he been instrumental in remodelling Campese's cutout passes???

Did anyone see those things? Sweet mercy they were pathetic. To get the standard 'fullback to winger' cutout pass (ie, skipping the center), Campo lobbed the damn thing higher in the air than a tennis player could, and with no pizzaz on it, just gently spiralled it out to the winger in time for him to be surrounded by 3-4 defenders.

If Campo was a race horse he would be taken out the back and shot, poor bastard is just terrible these days.
