Tedesco may indeed turn out to be a better fullback, but as yet the balance is well in Milfords favour. Milford will surely be a half from next season onwards, but his FB work surpasses Tedescos offerings.

I find Milford a poor defender at fullback, including under the high ball. So even though he is a more complete attacking player than Tedesco, he is an inferior fullback.

But is Tedesco a strong defensive FB? If anything his strength is his running and support game, not his cleaning up and defense.
Milford is carrying the Raiders attack, Tedesco couldnt do that, so makes thrm worse there and only perhaps marginally better in defence.

Mind you, milford was gone anyway and there isnt a better FB on the open market than Tedesco

Their next target - Roosters and former Eels grand final halfback Daniel Mortimer.
