US Masters starts late Thursday night AEDT at Augusta National.

Aussies teeing it up are Min Woo Lee, Adam Scott, Cam Davis, Cameron Smith, Jason Day and Jasper Stubbs is one of the amateurs playing the event.

The big questions are:

(1) Can Jon Rahm go back to back and win it again after triumphing in 2023?
(2) Will Tiger Woods make the cut? If he does it will be the 24th consecutive time and it will be a world record.
(3) Can Scottie Scheffler keep his number one ranking and be Masters Champion again?
(4) Will a rookie step up and win?
(5) Can we have the first Aussie winner since Adam Scott in 2013?

Tee times and groups should be out tomorrow.

Do you play golf? If so, what is your handicap? Or what do you normally shoot?

Jag quite a few pars and occasional birdies when I get it right but mix in some 8's and 10's for good measure when I spray it.

I played 9 holes once . Enjoyed it , Nice walk in the park, but got some dirty looks from the serious players .

Golf is a good game destroyed by too many rules.

Used to love social golf days but geeze it was a pain in the arse sitting at the local golf club bar (which I did frequently back in the day) and have to listen to the usual dickheads arguing over rules. You'd think that they were playing for far can sheep stations.

Not enough hard body contact in that sport. If there was then it would sort out a lot of the whingers.

Only played Illa once and that was enough. It had about 12 par 5's but some of those were par 4's. I used to play Booma a lot when I lived in Engadine. That is where we played that day.
