He wont need to do a real lot, make his tackles, provide a running threat outside Luai and kick when called upon. Much different game plan for him to follow that what is needed from him at the Dogs.

Best before Burton for game 3. NSW needs to maintain the aggression from game 2 - that's just not part of Burton's game. Best is probably closest like-for-like we have for Latrell.

Start making hem defend from 10 and they come back to the field. Just give away 6 agains until the ref gives up. So frustrating to watch.

The Roosters are certainly looking good - putting teams to the sword in alot of games. Have they peaked too soon? Time will tell. Too early to call but Melbourne and Roosters looking most likely to go deep into the finals.

The Roosters haven't been pushed too hard yet. Not that they aren't playing good but they have to do it Vs us/Storm.

Playing their halfback as a halfback and telling tedesco to get out of the way worked what a surprise.

The Roosters haven't been forced into the grind often this season.

Keary and Walker are yet to show they have the patience to go five minutes without pushing a pass or kick.

Their prop rotation is very good, however Ivan should be easily able to exploit Spencer's horrible ruck defence if we meet them in the finals.

I'm having a hard time taking the Roosters seriously.

They haven't beaten us in a game of football since 2019. It looks like the same side as always with bit more punch in the middle.

If they get through us to a win a comp they will definitely have to earn it. The benchmark of 2024 so far was our performance against the Sharks. No team has touched that yet.

Just watched the Andrew Webster press conference claimed to not have seen it, wouldn’t be drawn on it , fair play to him I guess. The only thing I’ll say is he saw it, everyone saw it, they have video in the box . Full credit to him for not calling it out, but given we see penalties awarded every week for ‘bitch’ slaps open handed contact with the face with no force whatsoever and this tackle went unpunished is just another blight in the inconsistency of the game and the app,i ation of the supposed rules. Cost a side two points.

It was a rather easy call I would have thought, clearly late even if it wasn’t high.

Definitely horrible non call against the Warriors.
