Didn't know where to post this question so I hope this is ok. My daughter wants me to be there when she takes my grand daughter to her first NRL game. My daughter follows the Panthers but has only been to one game I took her to years ago. We don't know the layout of the ground. Being an old fella I would prefer an allocated seat to sitting on the grass on a hill.

Is all the general admission are seated? If not where should I avoid.

The game v Roosters a possibility but open to other games for better seating. Not too expensive.

I would appreciate any tips you could give me.
Hi ned
Best advice get reserved seating buy early on in the week as most home games have had close to full houses.the problem with general admission is it is first in first seated.provided it’s not a 5.30 game the eastern grandstand in the go

On the western and eastern side of the concourse.........some seats were seen as general admission. Bays 31 and 32, along with 22, and 21 I believe are general admission.

Good luck

Thanks very much I am back and Alice.
Really appreciate that.
Alice, I was pretty confident you would come through with the goods. All the best to you.

You're most welcome Ned. Enjoy the game. Wish I could get down the games, but sadly I need a hip replacement, (among other issues) and I basically can't do the footy unless my adult kids come and help.......(LOL) sad state of affairs ain't it 😂😂.

I haven’t got to the ground in a few years so can’t really offer any recent advice, but just wanted to say what a great day you will have, and something you and your granddaughter will remember forever.

My brother and I must have been 4 and 5ish when we first got taken to the footy; we were based in the bush at the time and we came down to Sydney for it. My grandfather, dad and the two of us went to see Parra and the Bears at North Sydney Oval. It is one of my favourite memories of my grandfather.

All the very best to you Alice with your hip replacement (and other issues.) Probably not the right forum for me to go into my other issues but as some amazing Australian folk lore legend once said "such is life"
