Plus they are fining players like police as part of their revenue. This CEO came in when the NRL had near nothing in the bank and now he is making up for lost money. I think it's putting more harm on the game and it's so obvious.

They are jumping at shadows and accidents can now get you time on the sideline

Just tackle around the legs rather than these BS wrestling moves. I think the league needs to find a way to reward one-on-one leg tackles, at the same time as outlawing the hip drop.

The only solution to this destroys the whole sport. You ban offloads

Or we just decide that adults can make their own decisions. Penalise the dog shots and leave accidents alone.

NHL doesn't have any of this shit. A player copped 75 stitches the other day off a freak accident. As we saw with Rapana the NRL would of penslied the goalie for such a thing

So put yourself at more risk of a hia? You grab legs then your head hits their hip
Not if you tackle with the right technique. If you sit down and let someone run over the top of you (a good example of this is Soni Luke; not picking on him but his technique is a contributor to his issues) then yes, but those that go low, tackle with shoulders and wrapping arm and drive have little issue. Cleary and Luai are both great examples of really good technique.

Cleary got a head cut on the weekend standing tall and wrapping his arms around

They are playing a shit team, You can't read much into when you play Dogs.

Especially with a settled team
I'm looking at what he did last season too. I know Nicho has helped him, but He looked lost for a long time. Good to see him playing well.

Everytime I see Wilton play, the more I'd like him at the club.
