The rest of that quote goes "Seriously go for it, i'd love to see Parra win it as my father is friends with alot of the players of Parra's 80's team" or something like that.

I wouldn't mind Parra winning it, i'd hate for Brisbane to win it.

You are dead right - Seage is on match payments at best. Johns takes up 1/6th of our salary cap. Totally different matter...

There are some awfully short memories on this forum, and some awfully selective memories who choose to remember what suits their opinion.

What it comes down to is that Seage looked like a world beater at the start of last year - looked outstanding in attack, looked (and still looks very solid) in defence - and he has not had a chance to find that form after a year off.

I'm sincerely glad that you guys dont pick the team because we'd go through 60 players a year looking for players that you judge to be worthy of being in certain positions...

Thats great Alex but why not give him a chance in PL for a while mate? I'd rather stick with Thaiday or better still go with Coops.

Lets give him a chance in reserves to find his fitness and form.
