He's way to great to be a one hit wonder. His name will live on for an eternity.

He'd be pushing 50 easily by now.

Elf was definately named due to there size.....i watched a Sabbath documentary from a couple of years ago and Ronnnie said that the biggets person was something like 5'7 or 5'8.

Your right EG his voice is bigger & stronger then any rock voice i can think off.

Ronnie's music is the type of music that will never die because you just appreciate it that much & think wow!!

TV..Dickenson is only 45??...he has plenty of alcohol & drugs still left in him lol!

And hopefully music too ;-)

Yeah Iommi isn't bad. In fact he's considered a legend in the world of heavy metal. The fact that we're talking about him is proof of that.

Black Sabbath had such a huge influence in the world of music. If not for them, we wouldn't be hearing half the stuff we do or have.

The master of a great Riff!!

To you and EvilGrowler i say this....Black Sabbath where the creator's of Heavy Metal & heavy guitar, they where the most unique band in there time...everyone thought they where satanist or whatever due to there unorthodox music style which is magnificant.

I will say this about Ozzy.....his bets song i feel is "Changes". In this song his voice is fantastic.

Tony Morello is a gimp.

He has a long way to go before he can be in the same class as Eddie Van Halen, Yngwie Malmsteen, Gary Moore or Michael Schenker.

RJ, you're telling me? Please.

I know i know!...however people think that genre was created by Zepplin which it was not & that's why i posed the question.

I like Led Zepplin but they did not create this sound IMO it was Sabbath.

Paranoid.........1969. The first true heavy metal album produced. One of the things that sent wowsers screaming was Black Sabbath burning a cross upside down on stage.

Ozzy is as interesting as Burke's backyard Summer edition. His music sucks and the fact there's a show about his family makes him more of a fool.
