Damn, you're right....Bach does more than justice to this song....i'm listening to some short clips now....i shake my head when people say this guy sucks.....he's being wasted out there on his own......damn Velvet Revolver would be a huge hit if they chose Bach as lead vox, but NOOOOOOOOOOOO.....they had to go and get Weiland.....

it's not worth your money but Bach gives the cd some justice

Yeah, i'm reading reviews off amazon.com and people panned the tribute...but almost all of them said that Bach is the only reason to buy the cd

Since i mentioned Axl, i might also mention that there is A LOT of buzz going around about GNR playing at Rock In Rio (Lisbon, this time)...a lot of radio stations are putting GNR on heavy rotation and with GNR (Axl's incarnation of it) being slated as headlining the festival it could mean that Chinese Democracy might finally be revealed to the world.......damn i hope so..........because, since Axl is a liability over in the States with the riots that have occured in the past due to his no-shows, he will have to play Europe, Japan and fingers crossed Australia first before anyone will book U.S shows for GNR..........and if GNR come here.....i'm there even if it costs more than $100

I heard a rumor about Judas Priest playing in Australia! now that would be awesome to watch
Chinese Democracy was suppose to come out about 5 years ago,I think it's time to give up all hope about it's release

LOL.....7 to be exact ahahahahaha....if its not out by July then all hope is lost.......its Axl's one way ticket on his last chance ride....

Judas Priest? Halford? Would i be right in saying that Roy Z was involved with Halford's solo production? I've never really listened to much JP.....will check some samples out

Yes,Roy Z. from WASP was Halfords guitarists but i think theyve split up now considering Halfords back in Judas Priest

Well that kinda sucks....but Roy Z is a great song writer....always catchy choruses and verses and killer axe work at times....he worked wonders with Warrior and Rob Rock

Tony Morello is a gimp.

He has a long way to go before he can be in the same class as Eddie Van Halen, Yngwie Malmsteen, Gary Moore or Michael Schenker.

Take out Malmsteen and put Chris Impellitteri in there dammit! lol

It's funy you mentioned Impellitteri as i have a guitar video of his from a few years back and i learnt to play most of his stuff....indluding his apagio's, classical sequences, Sweep picking etc ;-)

How the hell did you manage that? I'm figuring you have no joints in your elbows and wrists! Impellitteri is a legend, and if you can play his stuff then well, you're almost there! How long did it take to learn to get the pace going?

Millers, you're a heathen.

Shame Millers. Shame. ;-)

RJD is the man all rock singers aspire to. I only wish I could sing half as well as he does.
oh come on

"lady evil...evil..shes a magical mystical woman" - vomit

some of the most banal lyrics ever done by black sabbath

but his voice annoys me - its supposed to be hard rock not fargen opera

Hey, come on Millers. Everyone is allowed some crap once in awhile. 95% of his music is gold. Nobody is perfect and he has the best voice in rock today. You must be thinking of Rob Halford. He was opera trained.

I must say I'm suitably impressed. I can actually hear similarities between Yngwie and Chris. However Chris has a dirtier sound which I really like.

And don't sweat it mate. I didn't think you were hounding me, but now that you mention it........ ;-)

This is good stuff. You have good taste. One of the vocalists sounds like Ron Keel. However, they should never have covered "Since You've Been Gone." That's just terrible. It's a track Bonnett did while he was with Rainbow.

Yeah, i call Impellitteri.....U.S. Yngwie, but that's in a good way

LOL - Hounding, Growler...i'm seeing a similar thread in these words! lol

Might just be Bonnett on vox for Since......the other singer whom i think you are referring to is Rob Rock......has worked with countless bands........Warrior, M.A.R.S Driver (with Sarzo, McAlpine etc)....he and Roy Z pretty much did the Warrior - Code of Life album lyrically......but Rob Rock unfortunately left Impellitteri....another ego caused problem....but its that whole musical direction stuff that Impellitteri is adamant about.........Rock now does solo stuff working with Roy Z and it smokes! Its U.S power metal type stuff.....but with Roy Z on the axe and co-writing the lyrics....you can't help but love it

Anyways, keep your ears open for the new Impellitteri album 'Pedal to the Metal' coming out this year.....if it kills, i will pass the news on and hook you up with some more links

Out of curiousity, what other bands are you into??
