Tony Morello is a gimp.

He has a long way to go before he can be in the same class as Eddie Van Halen, Yngwie Malmsteen, Gary Moore or Michael Schenker.

Take out Malmsteen and put Chris Impellitteri in there dammit! lol

Nope, just a fan!....and i take Impellitteri's less classical style over Malmsteen any day.....plus Malmsteen's lyrics aren't the greatest....neither are Impellitteri's but Impellitteri's are cool

Ex-Impellitteri singer Graham Bonnett was in Rainbow once right?

Rob Rock = the greatest Impellitteri singer ever!

Graham Bonnett was a solo artist who was a one hit wonder with a song called Warm Ride.

He then moved on to Rainbow and from there joined Alcatrazz with Malmsteen. 2 massive egos who wanted to be front men was never going to work. After that he joined the Michael Schenker Group (MSG). More conflict followed. Apparently he's a difficult man to work with. I don't know what happened to him after that.

You're entitled to your opinion. Everyone has different tastes. I haven't really sat down and heard Impellitteri. An unusual surname. Recommend some songs and I'll see if I can down load some of it.

EG-just to clear it up, i wasn't bagging Malmsteen, just not my style.....i didn't know Bonnett had much of an ego....well i do know that Bonnett hooked up with Impellitteri in 2001/2002 to create System X.....a pretty hard hitting yet disappointing effort in my mind.....songs about 9-11, violence etc - but no damn rhyming in the songs...what the hell was with that? Think a more riff based and more commercial Malmsteen

Here's a link for some Impellitteri songs....not the greatest of quality but easier than downloading........

Kingdom Fighter
Goodnight and Goodbye (Bonnett on Vox)
Stand In Line (Bonnett on Vox)
The King is Rising (Poor live audio stream though)
Shed Your Blood

Although i don't really recommend these tracks highly, they are above average nonetheless....this is an example of what Bonnett has been up to lately....

Perfect Crime
Slow Kill

You would have to listen, above all, if you listen to none of the others, to Fly Away and Fuel for the Fire even though you might have to dload them

Millers, you're a heathen.

Shame Millers. Shame. ;-)

RJD is the man all rock singers aspire to. I only wish I could sing half as well as he does.

Impellitteri, I understood your post mate. I do realise you weren't bagging him. That's why I said we all have different tastes. You're a headbanger. It means you're keeping the faith alive and that's what counts. Thanks for those recommendations. I'll get on it right away champ.

ThrashViking, what the bloody hell are you trying to do? Destroy the universe as we know it? These guys need to stay as far apart from each other as humanly possible.

LOL.

I've never liked that tossers voice. In fact the entire band left me feeling empty. What was the big deal about Slash? This guy was no guitar genius.

Skid Row on the other hand are an excellent metal band.

Axl is a singer who you either hate with a passion or love......Slash was real cool with the riffs that he dreamed up......

Skid Row OWN the world.....well they did before they kicked Bach out of the band.....who cares if Bach is an idiot? Skid Row without Bach is just a cover band.........what are you favourite tracks?

We agree Thrash! Slave to the Grind is the best of their albums - i just wish the band didn't screw Bach over and kick him out.....he is among one of the best vocalists in rock/metal ever, and i dont say that lightly

Have you heard Bach's cover of Iron Maidens 'Children of the Damned'
Theres about 2 cover songs that i reckon blows the original (The other being Death's version of Painkiller) and this is one of them
This proves for the 18 billionth time (and life) that he has the best voice the planet has seen or will ever see, period.
