Does anyone know why sisa waqa didn't play for Fiji? He is playing for Canberra today, could Ricky Stuart have got into his ear?

I heard Ricky stopped FPN and Soliola from representing Samoa too. Not sure if they played tonight didnt watch the game.

Sisa also didn't play last years 4N Qualifier so could be his decision.

Technically he can't stop anyone playing international football. I'd love to know what he says to them to make them not put their hand up. I can see Stuart being a bully.
