Both lower grade games today were comfortable wins.

Both games were a little underwhelming I thought despite the winning margins. Flegg bombed a few tries should have won by a wider margin.

NSW Cup there was no obvious standout, maybe it was a team performance, don’t know quite what to make of where we are travelling in NSW Cup. Matt Eiso was good as he always is, he is the Yeo of the NSW Cup team. Liam Henry was good as always. Kurt Falls was good I thought. Former Panther Nick LUi-Toso seemed to have a chip on his shoulder and wanted to make a statement, but other than a handbags scuffle with Jaemon Salmon didn’t do much. Thomas Jenkins bagged a couple of tries had a bit to do on the first but his second was just catch and put the ball down unopposed. Soni Luke played all bar the last eight minutes, wasn’t mistake free but was certainly one of the best on field.

Good test for the JF boys up against the table topping Roosters. Looking good at HT up 18-10.

NSW Cup look like resting a number of players who m@y be required against the Cowboys next week. Good opportunity for a few of the Flegg boys who are getting a run.

Held on for the win in NSW Cup so 2 from 2 with both sides a little under strength so good results. Looking forward to seeing some highlights on NSWRL.
