Leota ran hard & defended like a beast for the most part.

Couple of mistakes but I wouldn’t cut the nose off to spite the face, plenty of upside imo.

Fair. He needs to calm down. Seems very.... energetic/excitable might be the word. He's like a dog who gets so excited you're home from work it doesn't know what to do with itself.

He’s not going to be able to do it every week, but we saw Maloney take over the game in a way I’m not sure Cleary can yet. I’d really like to see Maloney take more of the lead when Cleary comes back. How much better are those long kicks for the corners than mid field bombs?!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not going hard on Cleary, he’s still an excellent up and coming player, I just think the team overall can benefit from Maloney stepping up more and Cleary learning from him.

Teams want to give up the penalty close to the line. Get 3 or 4 over and changes the game

He's the next Vaipuna Tia Kilifi while Sione Katoa is the next Masada Iosefa.

Having all the attributes to be good means nothing. Some guys just never deliver in first grade. A good moment or two is not enough to make an NRL player.

Yes if we lost i would agree with you there but when you have your half out, loop sided penalty count, 10 minute sin bin and playing away from home for Penrith to come up with a victory like that for mine is a 10 out of 10 team performance.
