In very wet conditions we managed to to score a very convincing and hard fought win against a side that contained to likes of Maiava, Pommery and Mat Hilder, we proved that although we might not be the best side on paper we are without doubt the best coached and best drilled side in the comp.

Our tries were scored by Henry Perenara, Joel Reddy, Ben Farrer, Zeb Taia and Marcus Perenara while Ben Farrer kicked 4 goals..

Our best were Feleti Mateo who carved them up on the left side and threw a beautiful pass for Henry to go over and Blake Green who used the conditions to his advantage, looked dangerous and kicked well in general play. Other players who played well include Peter Lewis, Zeb Taia, Marcus, Ben Farrer and Joel Reddy.

Junior Paolo didn't recover in time to play and is ruled out for the rest of the season while Kris Inu should be back in a couple of weeks.

let's hope the big boys get a bit of inspiration from the result today and put a good show against the Storm tomorrow.

Good news, sounded like a great win in horrible conditions.

Feleti and Blake continue to impress which is awsome, hopefully they push for spots in 1sts next year

From what I have been told Jarryd Hayne, Luke Burt, Josh Cordoba Brett Delaney are eligible for selection if the NRL side is eliminated.

See reply from Hadley..Qualification rules have been changed..
They are and the rule about playing so many of the previous games is no
longer the case.

Rules changed to what from what.
If Lewis is eligible ...so must Cordoba, Odwyer and Hayne be.

Feedback received from:
Name: Parra
State: NSW
To Sunday Continuous Call Team.

What are the rules of qualifications for Jersey Flegg and Premier
League? I was under the impression that if you played 5 of your last 8
games in higher grade you were ineligible to drop back. If that is the
case - how are Josh Lewis, Jamie Soward and Shaun Foley eligible to
play down. Remembering Matt Petersen and Aaron Cannings were ruled
out of the Grand Final of PL in 2005...If the Eels are beaten on Sunday
are Jarryd Hayne, Luke Burt, Brett Delaney, Josh Cordoba able to revert
to Premier League? As Pauline once asked ........"Please explain"

Well done premier leagueies.
Sounds like Mateo is going to be ready to claim his first grade spot next year.

Well done to our boys in the premier league for beating the Sharks playing in such horrible conditions.

Thanks for the report, this team seems like it's got the goods.

Did Feleti Mateo play at five-eighth or more of a Widders/wider role in the forwards?

More a Widders Roll, but both Mateo and Tia Benified from Drew Dalton's fine cut and thurst up the middle when he came on.

Good stuff. Anyone know if Zeb and Drew are signed up for next year?

Zeb yes Drew no.

Drew did give the game away this year to study full time and came back to help the boys out after a few injuries.

We were in control the whole time, it was actually a good win considering the conditions.

As has been said, Feleti was best on field with Green not far behind. Aaron Wood is the most underatted player in that team, he is fantastic and next year i would like to see him given a go in first grade at some point, that is of course if he is still with us.

JOhn Williams also kicked a goal, 1 from 2.
Both times he fell flat on his arse   1 went over and 1 missed

He was pissing himself laughing when he ran back after getting the goal and the boys were all clapping him
