Plus a number of us have from heard from around the club that Fitzgerald will have a role with the club if Steve Sharps ticket gets elected.
That sounds believable... :sarcasm:. Couldn't possibly be scare tactics emanating from Sharp's election opponents.

I am not aligned to any group
That's good you cleared that up, and it is in line with the site's rules on political posting. Your post in this thread wouldn't be in line with those rules if, by chance, you happened to be aligned to a ticket having designed their website for a past election, for example...

Just to clarify here: I've heard of the boogy man - he's the one who hides under the bed and grabs kids legs right?

But the boggy man? I can only assume he hides under the bed and lays turds???
or he hides in your toilet and waits for you to sit down???

Yeah I created the very first website for them, to help get rid of the Fitzgerald regime, do not want him back at our club in any way shape or form, was a solid little website that one got it up and running in 3 days ha ha ha.

I had guessed you were associated with the current board just by reading your posts over the years.

I am doing great. It is such a liberating thing to no be scared of the crap I read in the main stream media.

By the way there is no Carbon tax, there is a price for polluting our air with carbon, but don't let semantics get in the way of a good story.
i look forward to getting a tax bill for breathing, given that carbon is a part of what we breathe out and what other life needs to survive and produce oxygen.

Wow, you must breath a great deal as it is only for those top 500 producers of Carbon.

Yeah we all breathe out carbon dioxide, however the amount of CO2 produced by us is natural, vs the over production of CO2 that happens when we burn coal.

If the other life forms were doing a good enough job of scrubbing the CO2 out of the air we would be fine, but they aren't so we need to plant more trees and reduce the amount of non naturally produced CO2 to get the balance right.

3P have brought this club to its knees end of story . How anyone could support them baffles me .

Well at least we're up off our backs then???

If people don't like 3P, then that's fair enough. But that doesn't mean what we had was better!
If anyone doesn't want them, then get a brand new angle to travel rather than murky associations of Raaaay and Dennis.

please note: in no way does this mean I believe the original post of this thread - I'm trying to stay out of that crazy argument! But when it becomes "the current board is terrible" I just wonder if a certain Midnight Oil song is appropriate (Short Memory)

Well said, everyone is entitled to an opinion, but I will never support anyone who is in the same bed with Ray Hadley and Denis Fitzgerald, and as for saying that the current board have brought the club to its knees the leagues club is going strong, better then when Denis was around.

To suggest that the ParraFirst ticket is " in bed " with Fitsy because they have had advice from the man with the most experience in the world at running our club prior to running is quite unfair . Some would say that anyone who had intentions of running our club had a duty of care to find out exactly what they were in for before actually throwing their hat in the ring to see if they were indeed up to the job .

Lets just say Ricky Stuart was seen meeting with Stephen Kearney before applying for the coaching gig would you also write Ricky off ?

in this forum not everyone is entitled to post their opinions though,

Your smear campaign was answered by one of the candidates but were deleted as per forum rules re political posting, even though you admit to working for 3P in the past your comments remain.

by the way this election is for the football club and not the leagues club.

Was probably telling him he won't be needed to place witches hats at training in 2013

the past has shown that the current board didn't even know the constitution after being elected and made the basic mistake of trying to get an unqualified person onto the board.

Before they were elected the first time 3P made statements about handing control of the NRL side to the football club but did not follow through and has since been denied by Roy. Sharp has made similar promises, so talking to the person who separated the team in the first place to find out the constitutional requirements can't be a bad thing.

Why can't we work together for the benefit of the club.

Planting trees is a much better idea than over taxing large job providers. It's so typical of modern activists that all they want to do for the world is raise awareness, attend street parties (sorry, 'protest rallies') and vote for taxes they are assured won't affect them personally. I never see these useless merkins on plant-a-tree day. Must be too much hard work.
