I'm a little disappointed, as this is the first year I can vote (albeit it would have been from quite a distance), but I'll continue to be a member. I agree with Hellsy - it's worth it for the yearbook. I love the club too much to not be involved at some level, and living in Tasmania, this is pretty much all I can do.

One year I might even make it to the AGM for the free schooners.

I know it has been disappointing to find out about proxy's this week everyone... but there is still a side to membership that is fully functioning no matter where you live, lets take the good with the bad and try and fix the bad

Yeah, I have a feeling the proxy issue will fix itself in the next two years anyway... and there are lots of good reasons to keep membership up and contribute to the club in the meantime while we wait.
