Ta XL/XX. Much appreciated. Looks like there is much talent in the side but lacking maturity. Hopefully its a sign of better times ahead.
Oh Poo. What can I say. It appears my eyes are indeed painted on. May I borrow rover please? Lol. Ta dude.

Pretty big news for the NYC with both Josh Aloiai and Jeff Markus named to return this week. Tyrell Fuimaono will stay at right centre while Tom Amone and Jack Morris drop back to a 6-man extended bench (Amone, Morris, Tepu-Smith, Kaufusi, Anderson, Pene) to accommodate Aloiai and Markus.

Reimis Smith misses out for the second week in a row. Will have to wait and see if he gets a run in the Ron Massey Cup.

Surprisingly Denzal Tonise won't be named but I guess he could always be a game day inclusion.

Big test for our boys this week. The Broncos are on top of the table and have an excellent forward pack head lined by Ofahengaue and George Fai. The timely returns of Josh Aloiai and Jeff Markus will go a long way to getting us in the match.

What do you think of Markus, Forty? Footballer rather than athlete who might eventually make it, but probably not with us?

Wouldn't be surprised if that was the case, Baz. I can understand why Twiz doesn't have big wraps him as he isn't an out-and-out star of the Holden Cup but he has a versatile skill set and given that extra time to come into his own in the NSW Cup he could crack the NRL.

Hope he can stay fit for us this year though. Good point of difference for our attack and a hard worker.

If he's just a footballer he won't make it. In the modern game you have to be an athlete and a footballer. In saying that he's a good player, plays the middle half role very well. I'd be surprised if he plays first grade with us given the young talent that we have.

Twal would be my pick of guys ive seen-I havent seen Alioia thou..
Fuimanoo and Fench look promissing too. Of the rest Davis and ZDC would be other picks.
Really gone off Davis last few times i have seen him.ZDC looked goood at 9 for wenty but not so much at 7.

Fench is most exciting player we have had in under 20's since Albert Kelly.

Kelly is still a very good player. He is tearing the ESL to pieces.

I like TWAL as a certainty. But its a lot easier to pick a forward to star than a back or half. Twal has a very High work rate-He is big-Has good go forward and an offload. Remind me of Aaron Woods.

I think you're generally right, but I reckon part of the trick is identifying the exceptions to the rule (e.g. Gallen as a youngster). I've only seen Markus play maybe 6 times, but he seems to have a very much above average awareness of what is around him in the middle of the ruck. May come to nothing, but I think he'll go ok.....in a few years time.

I reckon he'll be a good player too. Has solid runs and tackles well, the fact he has previous experience in the halves is also pleasing. I still don't think he'll play first grade with us, we just have too many young forwards in his position who are rated slightly ahead of him.

The player that could come from left field and make the NRL is Brandon Raeli. He used to play off the bench and is now starting. I have always been impressed by him. Has good size, endurance and makes plenty of metres.

It's hard to tell from the footage. The under 20s are big boys. Last year's team was bigger than our first grade side.

So French is definitely skinny, but I reckon he might be 181cm.

Hayne already debuted at his age in 2006. Could this kid be our fullback in 2016?
