What are you talking about. Not arguing, its just I cannot actually come up with any I have seen.

He has only played on the wing, so outside of catching the ball in attack there isn't much to develop.

Defensively, he gets back for kick returns, I can't recall him not providing support to the inside man, he isn't walked over...could you ellaborate a little please.

Examples, dropped ball from 1st carry off scrum late in game v manly result try from next set of 6, failed to come off the line on manly last play watching as manly scored right beside him result game lost,these are the fundamantal errors he makes every week if you watch closely., the kid is an athlete but he needs to learn rugby league by him being there he is stifleing the development of a broadhurst or folau.

Also, if Radradra is 21 next year then this is his last year of NYC availability. Broadhurst and Folau will have plenty of time to develop in under 20s. Look at Jacob Gagan - next year will be his third year of NYC football.

If a player is good enough he will get the chance.

The point i am trying to make he makes to many fundamental errors which has a negative impact on the whole TEAM ,he needs to learn rugby league, and as for the coaching staff picking the side they want, they havent had the side they wanted since rd3, Kearney and Nolan and cronies have been asking for different players to play ,This side has been sabotaged and not let to develop as ateam. Compare the consistancy in the line ups of the other 20s sides , and to take virtually the whole back line to premier league in one go was diabolical. Should have done 1 or 2 at a time so as the 20s would still have had some older players to help the younger players to develop.

The under 20s squad (read: salary cap) and the under 20s team with its schedule of matches do not exist to win the under 20s Toyota Cup competition. They exist to develop players for the NRL squad. That's all.

So the development of the under 20s team as a single entity is irrelevant. It is a mechanism for developing individual players.
