whats with the jersey numbering with those TG girls

No 7 playing on the wing, 15 and 16 in the halves, they certainly are versatile

I never really cared about Harold Matts but I feel the strength of the SG Ball side is a good indicator of junior development. That said, I hardly recognise any of these guys. Are they a bunch of nuffies or am I just out of the loop?

I understand Tuipulotu, Hollis, Hughes and Mooney are potential first graders. Any other standouts?

Komolafe, Mauala, Penisini, Caleb Tohi have also been standouts so far this year. All 17 too. I've also only seen a few trials and 1 game. But the 4 were strong last year in the Matts too.

Great to see Myles Martin make his Matts debut against the Magpies on the weekend.

It's a shame that the Tyler Field hooker experiment is over, he had his best game last weekend. And good to see Hughes back in the line up after being concussed in the Steelers game.

He’s good enough at junior rep level. But he looks like he lacks the physicality to ever play NRL. He’s smart and tough but not big or fast enough. Much like his old man was.

Anyone know if Jakob Arthur is any good?

Kicks the ball really well, especially attacking kicks. Aside from that he passes well but is a liability in the defensive line and doesn't seem to be a great communicator on the field.

Our best halves in the 18's are Bailey Biondi-Odo who is playing Flegg and Charlie Murray who is staying home to finish his schooling.
