That job looks like someone who runs the junior league (i.e. participation). I suspect Brown's role is improving the elite pathways from those participants and others.

They finished the year strong. Also missed two guys who apparently are quite good. I forget the names. One they signed from the Panthers. Is it Blacburn and Brazel?
Throw it Tevita spending most the season in NSW cup and Matale ending most the season there.
Along with Penisni,JA, Laizou being eligible. Maybe even Russel.
That's 8 guys who potentially would destroy that grade.

Of course other clubs also have players that are playing up in grades but it does make it very hard to take the 20s ladder seriously.

To add to that BA has had a rotation thing happening where a few would play up in cup.

Brazel hasn't been in and out, he injured his ACL in the pre-season. Has been out all year
