No contracts allowed to be signed/registered until Round 6 of the year their current contract ends.

So I think this means Sanders can't sign with Raiders until after Round 6 next year.

Well there is always a chance.

If we give him a full pre-season with NRL squad (I think he is included in the 12 that are doing it) and play him in at least 1 of the NRL trial matches and then in Reggies from Round 1, he might see that there could be a future here for him.
