Sangalan is a difficult one, he plays mainly as a hard working middle but is undersized for that role. His father is also not a big person, so will need to work harder in the gym than most to push on. At the Eels he has become behind a number of players in that similar age group, hope he does well as he is a genuinely nice young man.

In 2011, they joined the Wests Tigers as a Development Manager until 2014. Rogers then worked at AFL NSW/ACT as a Local Area Manager from March 2015 until November 2015. Ben then joined the South Sydney Rabbitohs in November 2015 as a List Manager. Most recently, in November 2020, they became the Head Of Recruitment at the Parramatta Eels National Rugby League Club.
