In a similar way to what his path at Parramatta is as well.

I don't think his Pathway is blocked by anyone at either club he is 19 the riff would have told him straight what they plan on doing with him..

Flegg - CUP-NRL starting on the bench.

It's easy for Penrith to sell the dream to any young player as they can see if they stick to it they have an opportunity to make some good coin in the future.

Salesmen == Matt Cameron and Jim Jones v Mark O'Neil and Ben Rogers

Sangalan is a difficult one, he plays mainly as a hard working middle but is undersized for that role. His father is also not a big person, so will need to work harder in the gym than most to push on. At the Eels he has become behind a number of players in that similar age group, hope he does well as he is a genuinely nice young man.

Ben Rogers gee and people wonder why we can't recruit decent talent.

The bloke's got NFI.

Both Tigers and souths went to shit after he went to them.

Ben Rogers has extensive experience in the sports industry, particularly in rugby league. Ben began their career at the Parramatta Eels National Rugby League Club in 2007 as a Development & Recruitment Co-ordinator. Ben then moved to the NSWRL in 2009, working in development. In 2011, they joined the Wests Tigers as a Development Manager until 2014. Rogers then worked at AFL NSW/ACT as a Local Area Manager from March 2015 until November 2015. Ben then joined the South Sydney Rabbitohs in November 2015 as a List Manager. Most recently, in November 2020, they became the Head Of Recruitment at the Parramatta Eels National Rugby League Club.

Well he keeps getting jobs. He can't be that bad.

Look, you want to keep em. But perspective suggests that the conversion rate is low.

I recognise maybe 12 of those names as first graders and 2 of them are in our 2025 top 30.

Yep, 4 are exceptional (Best, Crichton, Dearden, Saab).

2019 has a few exceptional names as well. Some have not gone to the next level.

Topine is suing the Dogs

There are some pretty decent juniors coming through, would be good if we were aware if they were signed to the club for a couple of years at least.

Not sure our cap is in that good shape, guess we will see over the next few weeks

The ones outside the top 30+6 are interesting. What is stopping clubs (including us) from stockpiling them? What stops clubs (including us) from keeping them if they're not ready for a full time contract (top 30 or supplementary list)?
