I see Jack as a interchange prop, i cant see him getting in at lock with Hopgood and Matto in the squad. i honestly just wanna see him help tighten up our defense in the middle.

Unsurprising. He’s 21 this year and hasn’t really stood out in reserve grade. It’d be a waste of a top 30 spot. I believe he’s had a few injuries as well. There would be younger forwards with more potential and only six supplementary list places. It’s ruthless out there.

tricky one, I see him probably starting where we need him, middle forward from the bench

however that doesn't necessarily make him a middle and may not be his preference, it will be down to JR I guess and perhaps our squad isn't finalised just yet

at the end of last season most here were crying out for proper edge forwards as Lane and Matto were considered middle forwards for the upcoming season

I haven't really answered your question as I'm undecided and it may depend on how JR is going to use Lane and Matto

That ACL injury he suffered when he was 19 (I think he was 19) really hampered his progression. It's an awful age to sustain such a long term injury. Instead of playing Flegg like a few do at that age he was instead rehabbing.
