We must have been on the clean out for 25yrs. There have been some atrocious decisions made, we could nearly field a competitive team with what we've cleaned out. Respect, spirit and heart is whats missing from our club. Hagan, Taylor, Anderson all gone, how do you lay blame on coaches that were 5 minute wonders. I'm afraid its a lot more deep seated than that. When players see " a new broom sweeps clean" mentality within the management of the club, when you have well respected and well liked trainers told to move on this has a profound affect on players.We're they (the powers to be) demand respect they don't repay the courtesy.I sent a registered letter to the board in Sept.2011 asking questions that, as a member, I am entitled to ask, it was ignored by the chairman the CEO and the Board.I have supported my team for 54yrs. This ignorance from the said management of my club proves that they are all obviously very much out of their depth in the running of the Parramatta Eels. Maybe its time for the hierarchy of our club to look in the mirror and lay some of the blame on the right shoulders. The old saying "If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen" rings true here. We need educated smart people running our multi million dollar club NOT OLD CRONIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
