This is a vote to adopt the petition driven changes and let the first board be selected from an election process and not by the Administrator. So to support Max and not the Spagnolo associated members, this one needs a "NO" vote.

Depends on:
1) how many envelopes are handed out before and after the meeting
2) how many people that will vote "no" turn up

Based on previous numbers the "Yes" team will have approx 100 votes and to get their required 75% means that less than 35 "No" votes have to be cast, so it should be a "No" but who knows.

It would be good if the rules were that a "No" vote of 75% meant Max's constitution got in but alas, it doesn't.

Yes however these are not specifically being blocked by either party - just part of a whole raft of changes that can not move forward.

i'm not sure if there is an expiry date on going into administration maybe it keeps going until conditions improve to the point an administrator is no longer needed

Remember Max wanted a nominations committee to review those who wanted to run for election to the board. Maybe he will do the picking now based on who puts their hands up?
