Eagleston and the rest of Roy's cronies might think they are smart but based on something I heard late yesterday, Max may be about to checkmate them... hehe.
Not posting details on here but if true - suck it up Spags and Co.
Tomorrow night at 7pm in Cumberland Lounge. When’s the next vote? *he asks as he cleans a carving knife
Good good *he says as he sharpens the knifeTomorrow night at 7pm in Cumberland Lounge.
This is a vote to adopt the petition driven changes and let the first board be selected from an election process and not by the Administrator. So to support Max and not the Spagnolo associated members, this one needs a "NO" vote.

Depends on:What way do you think this vote will go?
Why can't we do it electronically?Depends on:
1) how many envelopes are handed out before and after the meeting
2) how many people that will vote "no" turn up
Based on previous numbers the "Yes" team will have approx 100 votes and to get their required 75% means that less than 35 "No" votes have to be cast, so it should be a "No" but who knows.
It would be good if the rules were that a "No" vote of 75% meant Max's constitution got in but alas, it doesn't.
Sorry buddy. Cant make it. Down 3 votes already.Depends on:

IIRC these are part of the reforms that are being blockedWhy can't we do it electronically?
Yes however these are not specifically being blocked by either party - just part of a whole raft of changes that can not move forward.IIRC these are part of the reforms that are being blocked
The vote did not get up, only got 56%.
Nearly 250 people voted.
So it seems no-one on either side is ever going to get their proposal passed. How long can an administrator stay for? Could it be possible that we have one for 10+ years?
Max said he will look into drafting a list of potential board members from the LC members for the voters to see before they vote.
