So the ILGA put an administrator in to rob the joint?
He will change the rules so the members' poor decisions will be less able to aggregate to disaster. It is their decisions to make. Their club. Their money. If they want to collectively piss it away so be it.
Do you think they will suddenly start making good decisions just because one of the governments mates gets to rip millions in fees out of the joint?
I'm with you. He should have said a couple. Or try two.a few? try 3. the time your mate Spags was ruining the joint.

It's not actually their money. They are members, not owners or even shareholders. If the club was really theirs the government wouldn't have the authority to step in and remove the elected representatives. The members would be free to keep running the club as poorly as they have been for thirty years.Well those are your words. These blokes are not the benevolent society. How much a week would you be OK with ? For how long? How many millions in fees will the members be expected to pay?
Gee I hope soCan he change the rules of the Club without taking it to the membership?

That's a big factor in the factions interest in the club. There's a lot of business to be done with a club like Parra Leagues, and if you have businesses of your own (or close mates that do) it could prove to be quite the money spinner..Fair point. Having money is the problem. If the club was broke no-one would go near it. With all that cash there will always be plenty of interest and offers to "help".
Yep, Bevan has done a fantastic job as Leagues Club CEO. And you are right he went above and beyond from the sounds of it to get rid of this board of Pelicans. We are lucky to have him.Everyone has skeletons mate, just ask Spags.
In the meantime, since his appointment as PLC CEO which is all i care about, he has improved the clubs facilities, increased revenue, commenced a major development and SACKED THE BOARD!!
read his brief interview posted earlier where he talks about this and what he'll be doingStrange that this guy is a bankruptcy expert yet there has never been any indications that bankruptcy has ever been an issue.
I wonder if he is the right bloke for the job.

There's also the part where some guys just enjoy prancing around Pirtek on gameday to the cheers of adoring hangers-on..
