I had a quick look yesterday and didn't get a chance to post, but the new proposed Rosehill Races design looks quite nice.

This is a nice pic of the development.

I've actually heard that the new stadium will have a similar membership to like the ANZ stadium gold members and basically block out on the ken thornett stand side bays 44 to 48 and a bit of the middle part up in the grandstand. With not only the eels and wanderers playing, other teams may move games there as well as other events.
Has anyone heard the same?
How do members who sit in those bays feel about surrendering their seats IF this happened?

Indeed it does.
Sensational addition to the local area.
There's actually a mountain of development planned for that precinct along the river near Camelia and Rosehill.
Light Rail passing through there as well.
Should be a great area in 20 years, as opposed to the industrial waste dump it is now.

Suity

Aint that the truth.

They are looking at moving Rosehill Bowling Club somewhere onto the Racecourse too.

You're not real bright, are you Jake?

You do realise that when the stadium is rebuilt, the bays you refer to won't even exist?
Did you complain about losing your seat when the old Cumberland grand stand was burnt to the ground?

There will definitely be more than two teams playing out of the stadium.

Thanks for your kind words.

Was trying to explain where those Gold Member seats would go ...location wise, should it happen. Anyway it's what I heard. Sorry for posting this.

You do realise Jake that you'll probably end up with a BETTER seat than what you have now, don't you?
That is, if the club looks after it's special members, which I suspect they will.

Yep sure do and I'm just excited that we are getting a new stadium champ. I don't sit on the thornett side but I found it interesting that they'd have the same set up member wise like Anz does. Anz can afford to do it since they have 80k seats but based on 30k seats I'd be against a gold Member ship or have it limited.

Jake you'll be sweet if you're a third party sponsor.
