Maybe we should insist that they build the new Parra stadium next door so we can keep playing in the area ?

Seriously the Roosters & co need to harden up.

Not always straight forward , but in the States they often build new stadiums next door to the old ones (usually in the car park) so they can continue to be used.eg Yankee Stadium. Bit hard over here because we never think of building car parks near stadiums!

They better not do it up too much, or the hobos under the bridge will have a nicer house than me.

So Sydney FC having a whinge about having to move away a few seasons while Allianz gets rebuilt, and that they may never recover from the disruption...

Let's add it to the list of things that Easts have complained about:

?Melbourne City can't wear sky blue because it'll jeopardise their identity!
?A 3rd Sydney team can't enter the league because it'll jeopardise their fan base!
?Central Coast can't play in North Sydney because it'll jeopardise their attendance!
?The club can't move to another stadium in Sydney because it'll jeopardise their existence!

Bring back Norths for Easts, only a few latte sippers would be really upset.

The Roosters offer less then just about any other side in the Comp.

Maybe they should make Nick's Roosters play out of North Sydney Oval when Moore Park is being redeveloped for the new stadium? That would somehow be fitting, since he's so worried about the demise of the Bears....

that's not as silly as it sounds...

if they're sitting on no more then 8000 ticketing members and averaging about 14 to 15 per home game theyr can probably get away with playing at NSO,beautiful ground with plenty of history but not much available the corporate big wigs and sponsors.

Anchor linked air-ships around the oval. Corporate problem fixed. ;-)

It wasn't meant to be silly... it's the perfect comeback to Nick's stated concerns. That, or shared use of Redfern Oval via an arrangement with the Bunnies ;-).

Now it's 100 games across 3 codes for the 3 stadiums.

Surely the other 2 codes can get 40 games, leaving the NRL with a quota of 60 to meet?
