Yep, the same.

In fact i think when we were at ANZ when we renewed it was mentioned there would be an increase of a decent amount for the new stadium.

I'm ok with it for the quality of the stadium we are getting.

Hopefully the quality of the team will make it all worth it as well.

after their dismal showing last year a lot will depend on how the eels perform up to that point

game 1 will probably be a sellout as much for people wanting to see the new stadium and brag about being there for the first game later on but if parra are languishing at the bottom of the table again i'd expect the crowds to start thinning by that stage

Not really

May get a lot of fans from other clubs wanting to see their side play at the new stadium, all Sydney sides first few home games

Rd6: Tigers
Rd8: Dragons (Corey love)
Rd11 panthers
Rd12:Souths
Rd14: Broncos - might not be a huge crowd as Origin3 that week coming
Rd19 Warriors - could be our worst home game attendance

we don't play titans nor cowboys at home this year,. they are usually terrible crowds

Shame we play Manly and the dogs towards the end of the rounds at WSS

I think we'll average 20k+ easily. My guess is around 24k average

and...….

Harry is pushing ahead with these, with confidence...…..

Harry Triguboff has predicted Parramatta will emerge from a cooling market as a powerhouse on the back of billions of dollars
being pumped into new infrastructure and major transport upgrades.

The new Parramatta Light Rail and Bankwest Stadium will be major positives.”

He said while there was still a “big demand” for apartments and serviced apartments in the west, “developers must be careful not to go into debt”.

The $322 million Charles and George project — is set to be determined by the Sydney Central City Planning Panel in the next few months.

It consists of two towers, 57 and 66 storeys, the latter of which, if approved, would be the tallest outside of Sydney CBD.

In all, the project will have 767 residential units, 216 serviced apartments,
and five basement levels containing space for a total of 640 cars and 188 bicycles.

Urban Taskforce CEO Chris Johnson said Parramatta had “clearly turned a corner” in recent years, “from having a few squat medium-rise towers to a city of tall, slender towers”.

“Harry Triguboff has always been a trendsetter in understanding the preference by many people to live in an apartment
that is well located and affordable,” the former Government Architect said.

“His endorsement of Parramatta as an emerging urban centre means its future is now assured.”

Are people really abandoning owning a car that much that 1000 odd units are adequately served by 650 odd car spaces?

Its all part of town planning regs. If you develop in an area like this you get credits for proximity to public transport.
