Here's a pic of a stadium from one of the preferred tenderer's for the stadium at Pirtek.

Nice, but small, at the current 22000 capacity.
Upsize it by 10000 and stick a roof around it, and we are getting somewhere. Also, the sidelines need to be closer and the stands need to be steeper.
