There are no plans because it is still in the tendering stage.
The 3 shortlisted tenderers will come up with their own designs.
Derp if they are tendering, there must be plans and specifications. Amirite ?

Edit. Tendering produces own designs ? Ok derp to me.

Now days they use a design and construct brief to allow the builders/developers to come up with their own design which must comply with the brief.

Its one way to stop builders rorting the system by claiming a ridiculous amount of variations (extras) to which public works cannot or wont oppose. Hence the budgets blow out in most govt jobs.

This was brought in place to alleviate that.

You dont make a stadium with shitty hotdogs, generally its concrete and steel.

The briefs can actually be a few hundred pages with concept designs.

Mind you a shitty hot dog is virtually impossible to snap and probably has a greater tensile strength than reinforced steel.

Strider could be on to something. Don't stifle the innovation Twiz.

Geez I'm glad Twiz was here to clear that up, I was about to run out to Allianz (closest stadium to me ATM) and have a munch, I'm a little peckish and a hot dog sounds good right now.

Thanks Twiz!

The yanks have been working on the very same concept. Structural hotdogs.

Well thats not very "brief" ... I'm going to challenge the brief's brevity

I think I've got half a dozen of them under the seat of my car, let's test this out...
