Anyone with experience or who deals with politics knows that money is not allocated until it's in the budget papers in black and white - and even then it can be reversed.

I don't think Joe the Voter is going to lose any sleep over the "promised" NRL small stadium money going instead to health, or flood/infrastructure repairs etc.

The new Parramatta Civic Centre in Parramatta Square looks quite nice lit up at night.
It'll still be a few months until the full square is open.
There's other surprises coming as well, in the square. It's going to be quite the destination!
I'm still wondering whether Bartman is upset that City Extra failed in Church street. Lol.

This one is my favourite in the square to look at when I walk through from the station, looks good with the red even in the day. I think I read somewhere it's meant to represent is a waratah or something... will be good when the whole street open.
