So, pretty much everyone here knows that ugly fenced off area between the Stadium and the Leagues Club.
Well, the secret is finally out.

The NSW Liberal and Nationals Government will deliver a new home for the PCYC in Parramatta under the $5 billion WestInvest program, completing the sporting and entertainment precinct at CommBank Stadium.
The $111 million five-storey building will include dance and music studios, a homework hub, indoor gyms and multi-sports courts.
Premier Dominic Perrottet said the NSW Government is delighted to continue the transformation of the Parramatta CBD by investing in major projects that deliver the best outcomes for communities across Western Sydney.
“This Government’s urban renewal program in the Parramatta LGA has delivered new transport, cultural and sporting facilities,” Mr Perrottet said.
“This new state-of-the-art facility, funded by WestInvest, will provide a new venue that is tailored to the growth, health and wellbeing of the region’s young people.”
The PCYC NSW will be the anchor tenant in the new building, which will bring to life a vacant site between CommBank Stadium and Parramatta Leagues Club on O’Connell Street.
Treasurer Matt Kean said the new facility in the heart of Parramatta will support the PCYC to continue its invaluable work with young people in the community.
“The PCYC delivers a range of life-changing programs that support young people across NSW including helping them get ready for jobs, providing mentoring and working to reduce crime,” Mr Kean said.
“This funding is in addition to the $25.4 million the WestInvest program has provided Blacktown City Council to upgrade the PCYC Mount Druitt Youth Centre into a first-class sporting and community hub to support young people through education, training and mentoring.”
The facility will include before- and after-school care facilities, boxing and martial arts gyms, and indoor courts.
Minister for Sport Alister Henskens said the project will complete the world-class sporting and entertainment precinct at CommBank Stadium, and give PCYC a place to turbocharge the invaluable work they do with young people in Western Sydney.
“This project continues the NSW Liberal and Nationals Government’s multi-billion dollar investment in new public facilities and infrastructure in the River City’s CBD, including Parramatta Powerhouse, Sydney Metro, Parramatta Light Rail, CommBank Stadium and the Riverside Theatres,” Mr Henskens said.
PCYC NSW CEO Dominic Teakle said PCYC is a youth charity that has been serving the community for 86 years, and in Parramatta since 1962.
“Our clubs provide for the wellbeing and fitness of the community, while providing life-changing programs in partnership with NSW Police in a safe place. PCYC teaches life skills to young people, which creates hope for a better future,” Mr Teakle said.
“The WestInvest funding will allow PCYC to provide fit for purpose indoor sport and recreation facilities that serve the needs of the growing needs of this vibrant City of Parramatta.”
