a yearly training plan for a NRL side.

The Club doesn't really know its schedule from week to week. They base forthcoming training on the needs of the side at any given time, for any given week/match etc.

I seriously doubt if there's any "yearly" training plan in place at any NRL Club.

i did a yearly training plan for a rugby league side, see if i can find it

all clubs would do a yearly training plan but due to scheduling and sheezy impossible to stick closely to so they basically do a channel 9 6 week program, which meets 9's requirements more so than the sides.

I think you would be better off doing a pre-season schedule. Far more wights, fitness and conditioning. A lot more health and fitness work in the pre-season where as during the season ball work and cohesion becomes the dominant party.

I don't think you'd be able to find a pre organised schedule which incorporates the entire season. Most clubs sensibly would do one for pre season, then worry bout the season on a week to week to basis once the NRL schedule and form of the side is determined. And worry bout the off season when the comp is done. Doing it any other way would just be silly.
