Pearce never to be blue again

If I cared I would have made an argument for and against.

Roosters are going fine though, that's the main thing. Good to see Origin was in full swing last night. There was a small ruckus in the pub with chairs going through the window  something that'll never happen during a test because no one cares

lol why would you make an argument for or against, I was just fanboying on your best player. Nothing to argue about.

That's it, I vow to start a scrap with any **** who watches the RL World Cup with me, even if they're my mates, because THAT SHIT IS IMPORTANT.

And yes, I do know people who will watch international league with me

he defended well but so does Wallace and Hodkinson. He missed his (probably last) opportunity. I reckon a A Reynolds/Carney pairing would be really good but I can't see it going down well with many here.

No issues with NSW looking for other options (it won't make a difference) but the blame he gets singled out for is ridiculous. Farah was gash, players like Bird Watmough and Maloney made mistakes and gave away stupid penalties directly leading to QLD points and bombing NSW chances, but only one bloke is singled out game after game.

The Roosters can not win a GF with that halves pairing.

Yeah we'll see f**kwit

I agree with this...can't believe the way he's singled out. Not saying he was good and yeah he's missed his chance and will probably be gone but far out there were some others.

Farrah deadset killed us at times - completely overplayed his hand. Dugan was very good, but had a couple of howlers by not pasing when 3 on 1 (created by Pearce's quick hands) and dropping the Fifita offload.

Hoffman and Jennings also made some crucial errors.

Anyway, he's probably done at this level but I genuinly feel for the kid. He's gutted and unlike most cowards on this forum he's put himslef on the line in front of 84k at the ground and nearly 5m on tv and been absolutely crucified in public...mostly by nuffies who will necver achieve 1% of what he has.

Rant over.

Almost reminds me of another NSW player... :sarcasm:

This is the beauty of it. These imbeciles actually believe Reynolds is the answer. I look forward to him copping it next year when he loses an origin series.

At least 75% of his kicks in the attacking zone this season have either led to a try or forced a dropout.

Pearce did neither with his kicking game in 4 hours of Origin.

Actually , Qld were there for the taking last night.
The QLD kicking game was poor , there were no sweeping backline movements like Origin 2 ( maybe the heavier ground at ANZ) and there was minimal pressure from QLD on their highballs. As well as GI being a virtual passenger for most of the game.
NSW and QLD forwards battered themselves to a standstill , with NSW forwards on top , great defence from QLD team and poor last plays options from NSW halves was difference.
NSW grabbed defeat from jaws of victory .

It will be harder next year , as two games will be in QLD.

Well, today was interesting. Got emailed a sh1t load of (some funny) Pearce related memes and links to dedicated hate blogs. Never thought anyone could be hated as much as Anasta. I wonder if the Roosters should put Pearce under suicide watch?

Watch the game again and you'll find Farah's options were wrong most of the game.. Kept going to the side that was well covered, doesn't the kebab know how to read the numbers??????

Farah had to resort to doing more because Pearce did shit all.

If he had a half doing his job properly Farah wouldn't be involved so much in every single play and becoming predictable.

Reynolds may not be the answer but he's the best halfback NSW has to offer

I'd give Maloney another shot though

Dugan drops a sitter?
f**king Pearce.

Watmong drops it tackle 2 on QLDs line.
Drop Pearce!

Farah takes the wrong option for the thousandth f**king time.
Pearce is a merkin!

Bird/Maloney give away crucial penalties leading directly to tries?
I blame Pearce.
