i'm 6'5 and in 2.5years i have bulked from 75kg to 100kg.
although i still look skinny as shit and my lifts are all still weak - all under 100kg, bench only 75
i think i must have low testosterone/shit genetics combined with shoulder injuries
in saying that. it has still been worth it
