I dont Know how to debate !.. Absolutely Correct !. Take a side and defend it!!??? . I was trained in Scientific examination . of things. Not terribly good at it cause i didnt want to spend life in a lab. My views can be changed with facts ,with statistically analysed data ,etc. . Your views seem to be tied to the particular side you have sided with.

I actually was over it till the Blaming shite from the game day thread . I spose after a few beers or wines or whatever ... But NO i am not keen to go on with that ..!!! MUCH rather leave it . Its DONE cant go back and change it ! Im keen to move on !

From the moment last year when we did not progress past one game of the finals, and our plus and minus was even I lost any faith in Morris. I always remembered how his U20 side ruled the comp then capitulated in their finals campaign, I saw the same fate for the firsts whilst ever he was in charge, so from that point my own view was that there needed to be a change in the coaching ranks. This was October last year, not this year and not when it actually happened.
There is no side, only my views, and once again, if you don’t like them I don’t care, and get over it.

I do not blame Morris at all for how they are playing right now, I blame the player’s themselves. A lot of their heads, and hearts, are not in it and it’s very easy to see.
Others can blame the situation that has gone on but these guys are professional athletes that are playing for the club that not only have I been going for since I was a kid but one that I have been a paid up member for a very long time.
The worst attitudes I’m seeing are coming from the more higher paid experienced players, not what is called for right now. Look at when Gallen was captain, he went through a lot worse adversity and always brought the group together and made them at least compete.
I’m afraid our leadership in this team right now is severely lacking, and some of our players are quickly losing my respect. If they keep going this way then I’m sad to say that the quicker they are out of our club the better.

You’re asking for professionalism from the players.

The players turn up on Wednesday morning and they unexpectedly don’t have their coach any more. Plans in disarray, directionless, expectations unknown.

Sounds like an environment to thrive in. Real professional.

Deadset, the place is a shambles.

For how much you talk up this new super coach you seem to have very little appreciation of the role of the coach in coordinating the team.

It’s an NRL team and we just expect them to pick up the clipboard and direct themselves haha.

Firstly do you think the players were not addressed? Are you serious? Of course they were by Dino himself. I know that for a fact.

Secondly f**king oath I’m asking for professionalism from the players, they are professional rugba league players.

Directionless? Please they have coaching staff there everyday. It’s not like nothing happened unless bomber said so.

Expectations unknown? What? Did bomber change the expectations weekly? Pretty sure by that stage everyone knew their role. And if they didn’t well then bomber wasn’t much of a coach.

I don’t expect them to coach themselves as you suggest, I expect them to execute and put in effort at the direction of the coaches they have until the real one arrives. Do you think they have down that recently?

Yeah , Cant disagree at All with that.. I thought when This yr Gall and Lewie were brought on board they could help reestablish that culture . I have great respect everytime I hear Lewie speak about 2016... He seems a little quiet now , Maybe cause his media commitments , I dont know . Anyway Would love to be cheereing on Sharks as winners . Im sorry if I offend some , but at 65 yo I speak my mind regardless..
