Grimshaw has him at gun point!
Monday Buzz — Storm, Roosters cracker one of the games of the year

HIGHLIGHT
Melbourne Storm v Sydney Roosters was as good as any club game I’ve seen in recent years.
Just 80 minutes of absolute edge-of-your-seat excitement.
LOWLIGHT
The terrible crowds at Sydney’s two Friday night games. Manly v Canterbury (13,568) and Dragons v Broncos (13,029). The one AFL game in town — the Swans v GWS got 31,966 — got 5,000 more than the combined NRL attendances.
HARD TO BEAR
The media is a tough business in which we all make mistakes, the great Phillip Ronald Gould included. In his Sunday newspaper column, Gus wrote the old North Sydney Bears had never won a premiership. They actually won two in a row — in 1921-22.
Since joining the NRL in 1995, the Warriors have threatened to take the prize on the couple of occasions but haven't opened their premiership account as yet. The poor old North Sydney Bears won the last of their two premierships in 1922 and were still seeking their third when they were removed from the NRL in 1999. Now they no longer exist. I guess there comes a point where some might consider door No.2 to have great appeal.
Must get that bored he picks on Gus Gould and makes up a mistake

When I read Gus's article it said they had never won a premiership, so they must have fixed it.
Yeh, i read the same and thought it sounded wrong....
Doesnt really justify Sloths obsession ut this is just how petty media personalities can be.
I seriously doubt the Old Soak has any real love of Rugby League or Cronulla.
Its just convenient for him to say so for his job at the DT
No body with a love of Rugby League would write the trash he does.
Don't forget don't click on any of his articles.
i wonder if he'll write an article about the penalty count tonight
7-1 in favour of Cronulla after 76 mins
