fui turned up late and didn't train, not sure why
All the guys looked pretty happy to be there and seemed to be enjoying themselves
They broke up into 2 groups. Whilst one group was in the gym at mounties the other was doing ball work.
The ball work revolved around the play the ball and niggling at the player getting up to play the ball to force an error. They were made to lie on their backs with the ball on their chest then roll over quickly, get to their feet and play the ball as quick as they could.
They also went through some plays and running the line whilst using decoys to open up gaps.
The first graders went on to contesting the high ball as you can see by the pics
All the boys were happy and were chatty. Hagan was lovely to talk to. Eric has new tats on his forearms so that when he puts his arms together (palms/wrists facing up) the pictures join together to make the face what looked like a New Zealand warrior face with writing around it. He said it was something to do with family. Tahu was happy to be back at training and said he was sick of laying on the lounge. Josh Cordoba was pleased to be back at training and not putting on weight for once. Both Finch and Ian were glad to be at parra. Finch was willing to have a chat and appears to have fitted in with the boys nicely
Only piggy and timmy did both ball work sessions and neither of them went to the gym
Matt cameron, Rocket and the other trainer seemed to do most of the instructions. Hagan mainly gave words of encouragement and gave the odd direction here and there from his observations
Players missing were Feleti, Caylo, Hindy, Jarryd and the other islander boys which would be on rep duties for their nations
