The only players that haven't gone down hill since joining with the Knights in the past decade are Dane Gagai and Jamie Buhrer. Hell, you're lucky if you even get to pull on the jumper - just ask Russell Packer and Rory Kostjaysn.

Anthony Mundine, Ben Barba, Richard Swain, Martin Kennedy, Joel Clinton - all had their careers crippled going to the Broncos

I get it's a troll post but whatever...

People forget Barba was already well on the way down in his last year at the Bulldogs. They were so glad to let him go they paid for a large portion of his contract.

It wasn't until his second year at the Sharks that he looked the goods again.

haha had nothing to do with bashing his mrs, abusing frankie p's mrs, blueing with jamal and going blind with EBC all of course under the influence of alchohol....no of course not lol

he left for brisbane because ainslee's family was trying to support her whilst benny went off the rails.

Is any of that contrary to what I said?

Adam Dykes.... although he eventually went back to where he came from... Ditto Eric Grothe Jnr

Shane Shackleton

Leo Dynevor and Owen Craigie should never have left Newcastle

it explains why he left but not why he played like shit at the broncs.

I mean it's a nice little rant, but it's off topic.

If he stayed at his original club (the Bulldogs), would his career have been better? The Broncos weren't the answer clearly, but he was on a downward trajectory at the Dogs already.

Issac Luke is doing well now for the Warriors. Instead of would have been better off staying at their clubs, Issac falls into the would be better staying off the pastries and pies and not becoming a fat oompah loompah who would blow a pupu valve after 4 tackles.

Got off the pies and onto the kale and lychee and going well now.

I guess that's what happens when you move back to a country with good bakeries.
He would've been on the boil ups with extra doughboys too I reckon.

I'll say on from the past...Denan Kemp. Outstanding finisher for Brisbane, went to the Warriors and well, was pretty awful.

There are a few others though.

Well if he stayed at the dogs at least his latest coke binge would have been covered up.

To be fair he was pretty bloody good for us in his first stint at Parra.... he was rubbish after he came back from playing yawnion....

Problem was when Timana Tahu came back he was never wanted by Daniel Anderson. The new board who who never appointed Anderson as coach hired Paul Osborne as CEO started making decisions without Anderson's input. They tried to sign Cooper Cronk and Anderson found out about it reading the newspaper. Not surprisingly Tahu and Anderson clashed the Eels failed to show the form from the secound half run to the Grand Final in 2009 and Anderson eventually was fired.

The board really messed up a good thing at the Eels when Anderson was there as coach.
