That’s what came up on googleIt’s a two hour difference not a three hour difference.
I don’t why they would need to play at midday but anyway

So if Perth get an nrl team they can never get a game after 530During daylight savings it is but it ends next month
So if Perth get an nrl team they can never get a game after 530
tv is going to really want them
More than that. The NSW and Qld regional markets are ignored in this argument (which is an argument that has caused the AFL much grief). This is a market much larger than Perth AND has an interest in NRL. Perth is the 4th largest market only if you ignore country Australia and the sub markets in the big citiesCowboys

Must be a full moon if colk gets something
And saves other teams from having to play at 6pm game on Sunday night. Win winHuh? So a two hour time difference for a Kiwi side is a plus but a two hour difference for a Perth side is a negative. Interesting logic
I’ll explain it to you
They wouldn’t play on a Saturday in Perth they would probably play the Sunday 6pm EST (which is 3-4pm over there) that is a graveyard shift for every other side. It’s essentially the same principle as the Friday 6pm which is perfect for NZ but not good for anybody else.
Time difference works in nz favour in the same way it’s against PerthHuh? So a two hour time difference for a Kiwi side is a plus but a two hour difference for a Perth side is a negative. Interesting logic

That would be AFL which ignores Auckland, Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra and Townsville. You want to enter the debate do you? Still waiting on that other competition that ignores big metro markets.
Eh? Perth will play predominantly in the new sunday 6pm east slot. 3pm or 4pm perth time. Perfect for fans.So if Perth get an nrl team they can never get a game after 530

Time difference makes no difference.. i don't see why it matters a 9th game will play wherever it plays, its not like theres 2 perth teams so a selected timeslot can be in perth every weekHuh? 90% of media advertising spend is in metro markets.More than that. The NSW and Qld regional markets are ignored in this argument (which is an argument that has caused the AFL much grief). The same one that just landed a $550mill australia only tv deal? That would be AFL which ignores Auckland, Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra and Townsville.
Unlike the desert states, the NRL zone has major cities outside their capitals
