Horo has lined up the Warriors fans on the latest Levels podcast
I thought Horo's take was mud, to be honest. I like the guy, he's really well spoken, does his research, is a good yin to Willie's hyper yang, but I thought that was a poor rant.
I don't see their comments but Warriors fans are absolutely not what he portrayed us to be.
These guys forget about the fact that we had a side that didn't play at home for two and a half seasons. That we haven't won a premiership ever, but are the only side in history to have sold a full season out at home. That we have to cop players every year opting out of contracts for 'personal reasons'. Yet we soldier on with more resilience than I reckon any club in the comp has to deal with. We think every year is our year.
There's always the odd fwit, every club has them. I doubt we have more than others to deserve a personalised rant, and for Horo to disable the comments because of it. I thought that was piss weak.
Also, I thought Gus' take on how Reed Mahoney is unfairly targeted was way off the mark too...but you expect that from Gus, who will say whatever suits him and the club he's currently at. Mahoney is the biggest grub in the NRL by the length of goalline to goalline.
