bulldogs fans or not they are f**king idiots and should be banned for life. Greenberg in saying they aren't bulldogs fans is speaking of the true fans. The ones who show up every week to support the team and not to start fights and act like clowns. And we have alot of them. The club has done everything possible to stop this sort of thing happening so im sick to death of everyone bagging out the bulldogs without offering an alternative solution that the bulldogs as a club could try to implement. And fact is this was a parra home game so not much we could do as a club to keep to our policy of having the dogs army in a bay with all the members details and stuff like that on record. Not to say it was the dogs army...the photos are of people in just normal jumpers...I dont want these idiots at our games and nor do 99.9% of other bulldogs fans

Well said.

Had nothing to do with the army, we were on the exact opposite side of the stadium.

Getting fed up with these little hektiks, not only the club but us fans have worked really hard to clean up our image.

Unfortunately these *****s just turn up to games to be seen and look for trouble.

And I would have no idea how to stop it.

Haircut rule . As mentioned here refuse entry to anyone with one of those haircuts ,we all know what that looks like . Could even have facial recognition machines over the entry gates , any hair style on the banned list and the turnstyles at ANZ dont turn  . Problem solved .

While I'll take photographic evidence over anecdotal evidence any day, I haven't denied there are Bulldogs fans who do this - I just fail to understand why it's a burden we, as well-behaved Bulldogs fans, should shoulder. The administration of our club is committed to do what it can to stamp out this element - yet so many people simply want to use these incidents as an excuse to give our club another kick in the teeth - why?
!

well Timmah, see my PM!!!

Not interested in discussing your PM.

You have failed to address my post at all apart from a little bit of chest beating behind the scenes.

This is a debate about the problem that is evident and the ways in which it can be dealt with - not who's got better evidence.

Proof positive of part of the problem.

Too many people interested in using the issue to bag the club, instead of seeking positive solutions for the obvious problem that exists.

TBH I've had more dramas with other fans down there whenever I would go to a cows game, parra and Newy were by far the most difficult to put up with.

When we played the bulldogs in the semi in '04, the Dogs actually had a welcoming committee waiting for us as we entered the stadium confines, was a really great gesture and when we were leaving the stadium, we had won remember, the 300-400 of us that made the trek down, whilst happy and singing, by no means were we abusive and rubbing it in, I was waiting to be picked on by the 'unruly' dogs fans, not one came up and started a fight, in fact quite the opposite, most were congratulating us and were good sports. There's just as many good stories these days about the dogs as there are negatives, in fact probably more in the positive TBH.

It's a shame a few ruin it for the majority.
