Scotland would need something huge to happen, like a forfeit or a washout or two to nudge out South Africa at this stage. Either that, or they need some real world class talent to appear. As for Canada being good enough to beat England, NZ and Kenya to win the entire pool, very unlikely in my opinion, unless something dramatic happens again. I think calling Bangladesh to advance to the next round over Sri Lanka is a fair enough call, seeing they've got a lot of young players who have the potential to develop further by then.
