Yeah it was pretty unpleasant to. I was sceptical about going but I sat in the Parramatta Supporters area so it was better than it would have been sitting outside of it. Why dont we ever get a home game to being the season :evil:

To be honest I'd doubt that ch 9 would want too open the season with a match involving Parra. Considering our season and the way we were smashed by the dogs.
I'd expect it to be Canterbury Vs Penrith or brisbane even though Brisbane weren't mentioned as a likely candidate.

All I wanna know is will we get the Dogs at Parra Stadium? I don't care when it is, but nothing except away games against them in the past 2 seasons is a bit much.

Surely after this year's performances, the NRL wouldn't choose us for a feature opener game against the premiers? We don't deserve it (yet), and the rest of the league world would sigh (after watching us on TV too much in 2004). It'd have to be a semi finalist team wouldn't it...
