Dissaponting but unsurprising effort. The Storm were on and they ruthlessly expoited our weaknesses. I thought we were doing OK until the Jono Wright horror show kicked into gear.

The game showed we have severe deficiencies that need to be addressed if this side is to improve from bottom 4 next season.

Right centre is a must fill position. Wright is nowhere near good enough neither is Ayshford obviously.
We need new halfback. Robson is past his use by date. Both Robson and Brown have poor kicking games. Not sure on Brown. I think he may need a full season or two before we really know what he has.

Prior as strong again and will make a good bench prop/lock. Sopoaga showed glimpses with late footwork creating some half chances. Holmes is one of the few things keeping my interest in our games. Really hope he kicks on.

Totally agree Weapon, though i do think Brown does have good kicking game but its our system that kills him, his first kick yesterday as after Robson had kicked 2-3 on full to Melbourne backs and had failed to find touch, it was like here Nu see what you can do, plus he had hardly seen any ball to start, we dont help build confidence in players

Mungo Wright was so bad he made me beg for Ayshford to replace him.

There is absolutely zero communication in the defensive line.

The second efforts in tackles & defence which the Sharks were so good at last year & had used a fair bit this year, was non-existant.

Holmes shat on his team mates from a great height. What a great player. Pity about the rest of the mob.

The passing game was so f**king slow. No flat passes or fast passes, just lobbed passes . The Storm defence was all over the attack after 2 passes.

Robson pulled out the single worst kicking game i've ever seen, and i've watched heaps of games containing Benji Marshall.

Robson should play hooker next year, that way his best skills (tackling / passing) may be better utilised.
Time to put Gagan or Feki to centre.
Gordon back to wing, he's played his best footy there (for Penrith) - has played crap for us.

Can't see Robson playing much hooker with Ennis at the club.

Half is a must but there aren't many options.

Mad Unit's observation on the slowness of our passing is spot on. We are slow to get into shape, run one out constantly, move the ball with no speed etc. Flanno needs to get this team playing at a higher tempo if it is to improve. This team can defend but their attack has been very poor for years.

Maybe we cut losses with Robson next week play the 20's half, basically every player we have called up has worked next year our backs need to be

2. Gordon - once we have establish goal kicker or young winger then replace
3. Leutele
4. Gagan
5. Feki
