Take your blinkers off Mate. Quite a few Warriors are looking in pretty good form right now, Wiki, Paleaesina, Jones, Latu and Ropati have all looked like candidates in the last few weeks. They've shown at least as much as Benji Marshall has this season.

he is probably the biggest hitter in the game

He is a big hitter....but I'd prefere someone thats a bit more of an all round player.

For instnace, Frank Pritchard has been probably the panthers best forward so far this season....and he has added so much in attack and defence off the bench.


I do however think that NZ selectors need to look beyond the tryed and failed players of the past. They need to look towards 2008 and start building that side now.

We know the likes of Toopi, Webb, Wiki and co wont be there in 2008 and we known that there are some great young NZ players who are carving up the NRL.


Its time for those players to get their start.....get rid of the losers and look to improve the NZRL team rather then picking the same old heads and expecting a different result.
