Why did we get all our injury problems late in the season? Conditioning problem or just bad luck?

With or without Sonny we're still the better team on paper, out of all the times Pearce and Mullen have played against each other, I think there was only one occasion where Pearce didn't outplay him. We have Jared back who's good for 40 tackles, RTS who's good for a handful of try savers, Minichiello who's played in five grand finals already, Friend who's in career best form, Jennings has proved in Origin he can step up for big games, without Sonny, it's just our backrow which doesn't look particularly threatening, but it still looks better than theirs.
