a real quality game of footy - snowden game back from firstgrade and had one of his best for a while.
great defence all game from both sides.

Roopy, I'll have to say the complete opposite. The game rivalled last weeks Brisbane/Souths game in the "sleep-inducing stakes". The game didn't reach any great heights, was just pretty much an 80-minute arm wrestle where we came out on top. Franze scored a double and looked dangerous and Steele had a very good game at five-eight.

As a side note - Dureau being "dropped" hey? :lol:

Must have been a different Scott Dureau who played hooker for approx 50 minutes :sarcasm:

The defence from both sides was firstgrade standard.
I'll admit neither side had great 5th tackle options - we really missed our two halves in that area.
I enjoyed the game as much as any i have seen in a long time. The forwards slugged it out for 80 minutes. Snowden really digged deep, as did Sargent and Davico and White. Hunt and steele put in workmanlike performances.

He was dropped, Robbo took him aside when he found out about marvan being put up to first grade and said he needed to pick his act up this week, as the only reason he is getting a run is because Marvin was debuting....
